TUTTII FRUITTII LONDON, our LGBTQI+ South East London based hair salon/barbers specialising in creative colour & haircuts is now looking for an experienced Manager Stylist to manage our NEW HAIR AND BARBER LAB opening soon!

 

This exceptional opportunity to join our new, founding team, is tailored for a passionate and hands-on stylist who not only embodies and embraces our core ethos but also possesses an insatiable drive to create a robust and loyal client base, ideally having already begun one. We are actively seeking dedicated barbers whose commitment to the craft of hair cutting is unwavering, matched only by their genuine devotion to providing top-notch quality and unparalleled customer care.

The role: 

• Manage daily operations of the new salon 

• Working closely with all clients

• Ensuring staff are providing best-in-class service

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the new salon

• Train and supervise staff

• Schedule and manage appointments and bookings

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Keep up with industry trends and techniques

• Help organise monthly team gatherings and events

 

Requirements :

• 2-3 years of experience in similar roles including management experience

• Experienced in haircuts, skin fade to classic scissor cut beard trims, wet shaves (not essential) 

• Proficiency in articulate English - must be confident in holding a conversation with clients

• Passionate and skilled hair professionals who take pride in their work and are always looking to learn and improve

• Friendly, reliable and punctual, with exceptional customer service and communication skills

• Great team player, reliable and responsible

• Exemplifying a high degree of inclusivity
