Covid Guideline Policy

YOUR SAFETY:

 

  • Covid-19 Symptoms: Please cancel your appointment a minimum of 48 hours notice  if you suspect you have any COVID-19-related symptoms, or if you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 other wise there will be a service charge by 100%. (Symptoms may include: a temperature above 38 degrees, fever, dry cough, fatigue, aches, diarrhoea, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, difficulty breathing, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting.)

OUR SALON:

 

​

  • We have rearranged the London hair salon space to adhere to social distancing guidelines

  • Every surface will be cleaned regularly and wiped with the appropriate sanitiser between each appointment

  • Equipment will be disinfected before and offer every service

  • Disposable gowns and towels will be used at all times.

  • We will ensure adequate ventilation throughout the salon with doors and windows open where possible.

OUR TEAM:

  • All  team members are trained to care for our customers in a safe, hygienic and professional manner

  • Staff have been briefed to not attend the hairdressers salon if they have a high temperature, or any person In their household Is unwell or Is self-Isolating

  • Our team will wear gloves masks and aprons in the London hair salon if requested prior to appointment.

ARRIVAL/ENTRY:

  • Please arrive alone and on time for your appointment. If you are unable to attend without assistance from another person, please let us know in advance so we can bear this in mind with our room layout.

  • Wash your hands or use hand sanitisers before and otter each service

  • Masks are optional, if you would like your stylists to wear a face mask please contact the salon prior to appointment. 

  • Arrive at the time agreed to maximise social distancing
